My name is Jason Davis, and Davis Auto Detailing is mine. Not a franchise. Not a crew I send out while I sit in an office somewhere. When you book a detail, I am the person who shows up, does the work, and answers the phone when you call. That is the whole point of it.

I have been into cars for as long as I can remember. Not in a casual way either. I am the person who notices the swirl marks in someone’s clear coat in a parking lot, who can tell when a car has been taken care of and when it has just been run through a tunnel wash a few times a year. At some point it stopped being enough to just care about it for my own vehicles. I wanted to build something of my own around the thing I actually pay attention to, instead of doing work I only sort of cared about for someone else. So I started Davis Auto Detailing.

I run it as a fully mobile service on purpose. I live right here in the Villages area, and that is the entire reason this works the way it does. I am not driving in from two counties over and squeezing you into a packed shop schedule. I come to you, at your home or your work, with everything I need to do the job properly on site. Because I am local, I can actually be responsive when you reach out, and you are not losing half a day sitting in a waiting room while someone you have never met handles your vehicle. I cover Lake, Sumter, and Orange Counties, with the Villages as my home base.

Here is what it really means that this is my name on the business. There is no one to hand the blame to. If a premium detail or a paint correction and ceramic coating is not done right, that is on me, directly, and you know exactly who to call. I am not trying to push as many cars through a day as possible. I am trying to build a name in a community I am not going anywhere from, one vehicle at a time. That changes how carefully you work. It is hard to explain how much it changes it until it is your own business on the line.
